Job :
General Accounting:
• Recording accounting entries: supplier invoices, import documents, expense reports, bank transactions, cash, and miscellaneous expenses
• Reconciliation and follow-up of customer and supplier accounts
• Monitoring supplier payments and customer receipts
• Preparation of elements necessary for monthly and annual accounting closings
• Contribution to the review and analysis of accounts
• Filing and archiving of accounting entries and documents
• Following up with departments for the transmission of collection files
Payroll Management:
• Collection of variable payroll elements (absences, overtime, bonuses, etc.)
• Preparation and verification of payslips
• Monitoring social contributions
• Preparation of termination settlements
Required profile :
Technical Skills:
• Good command of accounting principles and payroll processes
• Knowledge of tax and social declarations
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel
• Knowledge of accounting and/or payroll software (e.g., Sage, Cegid, EBP)

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Economics and Management.
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in a firm, is appreciated.
