Job :
We are looking for a competent and methodical General Accounting Officer M/F to join our Administrative and Financial Department at UIR Hospital. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, month-end closing, responding to audit needs, and preparing financial statements:
Accounting Management:
Keep accounting records up-to-date and ensure correct entry of journal entries.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and manage payments and receipts.
Oversee fixed assets and their accounting.
Accounting Closings:
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Contribute to the preparation of internal and external audits.
Control and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and standards.
Ensure compliance with tax and social obligations.
Maintain appropriate and up-to-date documentation for accounting operations.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting processes.
Participate in the implementation of new accounting procedures and tools.
Required profile :
University degree (Bachelor+4) or (Bachelor+5) in accounting, finance.
Proven professional experience of at least five (5) years in general accounting, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Good knowledge of Moroccan accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting systems (SAGE) or other ERP Systems.
Proficiency in common computer tools (Excel, PPT, Word).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
