Job Details

Job :

  • Ensure overall management of the project's HSE system

  • Ensure compliance with the client's HSE requirements and internal standards

  • Identify, analyze, and prevent risks related to site activities

  • Implement and monitor HSE action plans

  • Supervise the execution of risk analyses (SOR, ADRPT, etc.)

  • Lead HSE meetings (daily, weekly, safety talks)

  • Ensure HSE reporting (ESP, weekly reports, indicators)

  • Monitor activity compliance and conduct regular inspections

  • Guide and support site teams in the HSE approach

  • Track staff training and certifications

  • Promote safety culture and Stop Work Authority on site

  • Monitor environmental indicators

  • Manage and lead the project's HSE team



Required profile :

  • Education level: Master's degree (Bac +5)

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of HSE experience on JESA/OCP industrial projects


Required HSE skills:





  • Very good command of HSE deliverables (ESP, Weekly Report)

  • Excellent command of SOR execution

  • Strong potential for detecting at-risk situations

  • Good command of monitoring HSE training on site

  • Proven experience in leading weekly meetings

  • Good knowledge of OCP HSE requirements
