Join our dynamic team as an Area Manager F&B Franchise Café Restaurant. This strategic position, based in Casablanca, offers you the opportunity to lead the development and performance of a portfolio of outlets in a stimulating environment.
Your main mission will be to ensure the profitable growth and operational excellence of each establishment under your responsibility. This involves maximizing customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with brand standards and financial objectives.
Supervise and manage a network of franchised outlets in the fast-food and café sector.
Ensure strict adherence to operating, quality, and hygiene standards.
Support franchisees in achieving their commercial and financial objectives.
Develop strategic action plans to boost revenue growth and optimize profitability.
Train and coach operational teams and franchisees on best practices.
Analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions.

Required profile :
Your academic background has led you to a Bachelor's degree +4 years, ideally with a specialization in Hospitality/Restaurant, Tourism, or related fields.
With significant experience ranging from 10 to 20 years, you have proven expertise in managing multiple units in the commercial restaurant sector, ideally within a franchise context.
Proven leadership and demonstrated team management skills.
Excellent understanding of financial and commercial challenges in the restaurant industry.
Strong skills in network development and partner support.
Mastery of operational management and performance control techniques.
Strong sense of customer focus and pursuit of excellence.
