Job :
As part of our strategic projects with Bouygues Telecom, we are looking for a Mobile QoS Method Engineer to join the teams responsible for defining and improving mobile network optimization methods.
Your main mission:
You will be responsible for creating, testing, deploying, and continuously improving radio optimization methods to ensure optimal quality of service.
Your responsibilities:
• Conduct technical studies and network performance audits
• Define and formalize radio optimization processes (flowcharts, documentation, methods)
• Implement and monitor the effectiveness KPIs of the methods
• Test the methods in pilot areas and analyze the results
• Support production teams in applying the methods
• Analyze performance and propose continuous improvements (lessons learned)
• Collaborate with technical teams and different project entities
• Ensure the management and updating of the technical documentation database
Required profile :
• Telecom Engineer with experience in radio optimization / QoS
• Good command of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies
• Proficiency in tools like NEMO Analyze, Atoll, QGIS / ArcGIS or equivalent
• Good understanding of radio KPIs and mobility strategies
• Analytical skills, ability to formalize, and synthesis skills
