Job :
Under the supervision of the legal manager, the Legal Assistant will have the following tasks:
- Administrative follow-up of legal files
- Preparation and management of files related to legal formalities
- Submission and follow-up of files with the competent administrations and organizations
- Filing, archiving, and organizing documents
- Updating internal databases and registers
- General administrative assistance to the legal department
Required profile :
• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in Law, Economics, Management, or equivalent
• Previous experience in a firm (lawyers / accounting / fiduciary)
• Good level of French (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email)
• Organized, rigorous, and able to follow procedures
