Job :
Your missions:
- Coordinate production and parts development projects;
- Develop and write complex manufacturing processes for aeronautical engine parts and assemblies;
- Create numerical control programs (multi-axis milling and turning);
- Interpret and validate technical requirements from plans, models, and customer specifications;
- Issue and manage change requests for CNC programming and tooling design;
- Define the necessary tools for assembling and checking parts in collaboration with the relevant departments;
- Coordinate the introduction of new products and modifications in compliance with strict and standardized quality processes;
- Provide technical support to production workshops and subcontractors;
- Implement standard work practices to improve the quality and reliability of manufacturing processes.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Mechanical Engineering degree (3 to 5 years of experience) or specialized technician in mechanical manufacturing/design (5 to 8 years of experience).
- Proven experience in machining or mechanical design.
- Proficiency in Catia V5 software.
- Knowledge of SAP, PLM, Vericut, & AS9102 (any).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MS Project.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Rigor, team spirit, autonomy, and results-oriented.
