Missions and responsibilities:
Project Management
• Plan, organize, and coordinate the company's strategic projects
• Define objectives, budgets, deadlines, and necessary resources
• Monitor progress and ensure commitments are met
• Identify risks and propose corrective solutions
Odoo ERP Deployment
• Actively participate in integrating Odoo into all departments
• Gather and formalize business needs
• Configure or oversee the configuration of modules
• Organize testing and validation phases
• Ensure deployment and user support
Internal and External Coordination
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and service providers
• Ensure communication between stakeholders
• Lead project follow-up meetings
Process Improvement
• Analyze existing processes
• Propose operational optimizations
• Participate in the digitalization of activities
Reporting
• Produce regular reports for management
• Monitor project performance indicators
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in: Project Management, Engineering, IT, Management, or Digital Transformation
3 to 5 years minimum experience in cross-functional project management
Proven experience with Odoo (or another ERP)
Good skills in organization, communication, and team coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Rigor, analytical thinking, and initiative
