Job : Manpower is looking for one of its clients, a Social Media Specialist in Casablanca.
Main tasks
Strategy & Insights
- Develop and refine complete social media strategies to support product launches, brand activations, events, and partnerships.
- Ensure continuous monitoring: trends, platform usage, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Follow the evolution of algorithms and best practices to constantly optimize content performance.
Content Management & Execution
- Lead the creation and management of the editorial calendar: planning, publishing, and optimizing content.
- Adapt global content to local markets (asset selection, translation/adaptation of texts, agency briefs, BMR preparation).
- Oversee the creation of local content: idea generation, brief development, coordination with creative teams, and execution follow-up.
- Ensure the production of high-quality creative assets, adapted to audience expectations and platform specificities.
- Manage relationships with creative, social media, and production agencies to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate actions with digital teams for paid amplification, in line with campaign objectives.
Community Management & Engagement
- Oversee daily moderation: monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages, manage tone of voice.
- Ensure compliance with the editorial charter, visual identity, and communication standards.
- Manage live event coverage (festivals, activations, marketing campaigns): preparation, organization, briefs, and on-site or remote execution.
- Develop engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with the community and increase brand visibility.
Reporting & Communication
- Lead Share of Media (SoM) reporting and ensure clear, regular communication of performance to internal stakeholders.
- Provide periodic reports, amplification results, and actionable insights to guide future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategy with business and marketing priorities.
- Establish and monitor governance processes: moderation guidelines, escalation workflows for sensitive issues or reputational risks.
- Define and track platform KPIs to evaluate the impact of content, campaigns, and community activities.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/5) in Digital, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent field.
- 2 to 3 years of confirmed experience in social media management for brands.
- Excellent command of social media platforms, content management, and engagement techniques.
- Very good understanding of best practices, analytical tools, and digital trends.
- Perfectly trilingual: French, English, and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
