Join a dynamic company in its sector in Casablanca as a Maintenance Technician. Your role will be essential in ensuring the optimization and reliability of our industrial facilities.

Actively contribute to the smooth operation of equipment, minimize downtime, and ensure the operational performance of production units. Your technical expertise will help maintain an optimal level of safety and guarantee the quality of operations.

Your main tasks will revolve around preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. You will be required to perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and replacement of defective parts. Managing interventions, monitoring performance indicators, and participating in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes will also be part of your daily work.

• Intervention on electrical and mechanical equipment


• Analysis of causes of breakdowns and proposal of solutions


• Performing maintenance operations in accordance with procedures


• Participation in preventive maintenance programs

A 2-year degree (Bac +2) is required, ideally in the field of Electricity.

An experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles, ideally in the fields of Production / Quality / Safety / Maintenance, is expected for this position.

You have a solid knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance techniques. Your ability to diagnose breakdowns and propose effective solutions will be a major asset. A developed team spirit, great rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential to succeed in this role. Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS) would be a plus.
