Ensure the operational management of the company by developing, analyzing, and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. The Senior Financial Controller plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making.

• Budget development and monitoring:

Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets in collaboration with different operational units. Monitor budget execution and analyze discrepancies between forecasts and actual results.

• Financial analysis:

Perform in-depth financial analyses, such as cost, margin, profitability, and variance analyses. Provide recommendations to optimize the company's economic performance.

• Reporting:

Prepare detailed and regular financial reports for senior management, including performance analyses, key indicators, and financial forecasts.

• Forecasting and planning:

Participate in the development of medium and long-term financial forecasts. Contribute to strategic planning by evaluating the financial impact of business decisions.

• Process optimization:

Identify and implement improvements to optimize financial and management control processes. Collaborate with teams to automate reporting and improve information systems.

• Project management:

Track and evaluate the profitability of internal projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines. Participate in the development of business plans for new projects.

• Management support:

Assist management in strategic decision-making by providing analyses and advice based on solid financial data.

 

Master's degree (Bac +5) in financial control from a top business and management school.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in industry, ideally in the agri-food industry.

Proficiency in computer tools and management software, & team management.

Strong ability to produce and analyze reports.
