Job :

Reporting to the Director of the Sustainability & Property Management Pole, he/she will be responsible for the following main tasks for all assets in the portfolio under his/her charge:




• Deploy Madaëf's maintenance policy;

• Ensure the deployment of the preventive maintenance program (PMP);

• Ensure the implementation of building and technical system health records by the technical managers of the assets in his/her portfolio;

• Consolidate and periodically analyze data from preventive maintenance reporting;

• Ensure the availability of all technical documentation related to systems and equipment, as well as building plans;

• Carry out control missions of the technical systems of the assets and prepare periodic reports;

• Report alerts on the health status of the assets and identify necessary upgrade actions/projects;

• Ensure the planning and implementation of regulatory controls by technical managers and follow up on the resolution of issues;

• Carry out hygiene and safety audits and follow up on the resolution of issues;

• Ensure the deployment of Madaëf's HSE system;

• Manage water and energy consumption levels of the hotels;

• Consolidate and analyze operating expenses related to technical purchases, maintenance contracts, and energy consumption;

• Ensure the follow-up of subcontractor contracts in coordination with the managers;

• Lead, in coordination with the Management Control function, the performance of the assets in terms of optimizing maintenance and energy costs

• Manage energy efficiency plans;

• Monitor insurance policy coverage;

• Consolidate CAPEX needs, arbitrate priority investments, and monitor their execution;

• Monitor FF&E reserves of the assets in coordination with Asset Management.





Required profile :

Required skills for the position



• Mastery of technical and safety systems in public access buildings (ERP);

• Good knowledge of maintenance processes and practices for ERP;

• Mastery of project management techniques in terms of planning, steering, control, risk management, etc.

• Respect for deadlines, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and to work on several projects

• Synthesis, analysis, and argumentation skills;

• Interpersonal skills and team management;

• Rigor and sense of organization and follow-up;

• Open-mindedness and strong adaptability;

• Initiative and autonomy
