Job :
Supplier sourcing and consultation
- Search for suppliers, particularly within the internal database, audit new supplier candidates, request priced quotes (RFQ);
- Create a panel of shortlisted suppliers for the project team;
- Draft documentation for suppliers;
- Launch the consultation process.
Supplier qualification and commercial negotiation
- Prepare negotiations with the project team: determine maximum and minimum price, quality, volume, and delivery time objectives for each purchase;
- Conduct a comparative analysis (benchmark) of offers, and a competitive bidding process;
- Negotiate contractual clauses: payment terms, technical specifications, quality, price, volume, delivery times, associated services;
- Formalize the purchase order and amendments with the legal department;
- Communicate the decision to award the contract.
Order follow-up
- Monitor contractual compliance, resolve disputes (non-compliance of purchases, invoicing);
- Report and monitor the budget (invoices, payments) with the project manager;
- Track and update dashboards and KPIs (key performance indicators);
- Manage commercial relationships with suppliers, evaluate their operational performance;
- Enter and update supplier and transaction data in the purchasing ERP.
Required profile :
Education and experience:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial purchasing, international purchasing, purchasing and supply chain, purchasing and logistics, or business engineering;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Required technical skills:
- Proficiency in the purchasing process and the logistics and supply chain;
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques and different supplier consultation methods
