Job :
Your role is to ensure the commercial development and operation of the store you are in charge of in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and the achievement of defined economic and commercial objectives.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Customer recruitment, follow-up, and loyalty;
- Commercial animation of the store;
- Merchandise management;
- Team management;
- Store asset management;
- Performance steering.
Required profile :
With a Bac+4/5 degree in business, you have proven experience of over 8 years, ideally in modern retail, including 3 years in managing a profit center, during which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to conduct negotiations;
- Ability to steer business performance within your scope and monitor indicators;
- Ability to maintain relationships with authorities;
- Ability to manage your store's assets;
- Leadership, Interpersonal & communication skills, Analytical & synthesis skills, Teamwork; are the assets and key success factors for this position.
