Do you enjoy meaningful customer service and know how to build trust over the phone?




At ADM Value, we are looking for Spanish-speaking customer service advisors for a pet insurance activity.




You will work with emotionally involved clients: your mission will be to listen, reassure, and provide clear and reliable solutions.





Your responsibilities





  • Manage customer requests by phone with professional and empathetic communication

  • Listen actively, analyze the need, and provide a clear answer

  • Explain information in a simple way (without technical jargon)

  • Guide the customer step-by-step through their requests

  • Ensure follow-up of requests until resolution

  • Contribute to a smooth and high-quality customer experience





Working Hours




Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00
Weekends off





Salary




Salary package: 7,300 MAD net (fixed + bonuses)






Required profile :

  • Perfect command of Spanish (spoken): clarity, fluency, and good communication

  • Customer-focused: empathy, patience, and service mindset

  • Interest in the animal world (having or having had pets is a plus)

  • Organization and rigor in managing requests

  • Ability to manage emotionally charged situations while maintaining professionalism
