As part of strengthening our team, we are recruiting a Quality Engineer (M/F) to support the deployment and continuous improvement of our quality management system in a demanding industrial environment.

Reporting to the Quality Department, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing the quality policy within your scope (operations, projects, and QMS) in line with the Quality Department's strategy.


• Ensuring, through preventive and control actions, the conformity of products and processes to customer, regulatory, and internal requirements, including for export markets.


• Contributing to the animation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).


• Participating in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits.


• Providing methodological support to project and operational teams on quality methods and tools.


• Promoting and disseminating a quality culture among field teams.

• Education: Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.


• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a quality role (operational, project, or QMS), ideally in an industrial environment.


• Good command of ISO 9001 standard and quality management principles.


• Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, 5S, basic SPC, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D, control plan, audits.


• Ability to write procedures, operating methods, and analysis reports.


• Knowledge of customer specifications and regulatory requirements, including for export markets.


• Good level of English.
