LABELVIE CARREFOUR franchisee is recruiting Assistant Store Managers in CASABLANCA (CITY CENTER)
Reporting to the store manager, your role is to manage the store by ensuring that your turnover and profitability reach the established objectives.
Mission:
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
• Ensure the 4 Ps at the Department level (Place. Price. Promotion. Presentation)
• Lead and develop departments based on set objectives (Turnover. Margin. Stock..).
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules.
• Respect the brand's commercial policy.
• Build a good store image and foster customer loyalty.
• Organize your team's work and ensure close management.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
With a BAC+2 education (equivalent to a 2-year college degree), you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in mass retail, during which you have developed the following skills:
• Ability to define margin and selling prices.
• Ability to define assortments and product placement.
• Ability to manage orders and maintain the lowest possible stock levels.
• Ability to make proposals to improve results.
• Ability to ensure a reasonable margin is achieved.
• Autonomy & reactivity, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and synthesis abilities are the assets and key success factors for this position.
