Job :
As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are recruiting HR Supervisors in Tangier.
Main mission:
Deploy and execute operational HR activities for the stores in its scope (personnel administration, recruitment, discipline, and workforce monitoring), in accordance with the procedures and guidelines defined by the Regional HR Manager.
Missions & Responsibilities:
- Manage store personnel administration.
- Ensure the recruitment of store profiles.
- Monitor absences, leaves, timekeeping, and trial periods.
- Participate in the management of disciplinary procedures.
- Support store managers on HR issues.
- Produce HR reports for its scope.
- Report alerts and sensitive situations.
- Participate in the development of internal HR policies.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Human Resources or equivalent.
- First experience in Human Resources.
- Rigor, organizational skills, confidentiality, and field orientation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
