1. Main Mission
The Group Management Controller's mission is to drive the financial and operational performance of the group by implementing analysis, reporting, and budget monitoring tools. They will support management in strategic decision-making by ensuring the reliability of financial data and cost optimization.







2. Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting





  • Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.

  • Produce monthly dashboards.

  • Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results.

  • Provide financial reporting to management.



Performance Analysis





  • Implement performance indicators (KPIs) per activity.

  • Analyze the profitability of projects, products, or services.

  • Identify levers for cost and margin optimization.

  • Propose strategic recommendations.



Data Control and Validation





  • Ensure the reliability of financial information reported by entities.

  • Participate in improving internal processes.

  • Implement internal control procedures.



Support for Operational Teams





  • Act as a business partner for operational managers.

  • Raise awareness among teams about budget management.

  • Participate in transformation and digitalization projects.



Cross-functional Tasks





  • Participation in accounting closures.

  • Contribution to investment decisions.

  • Implementation of BI / ERP / automated reporting tools.

  • Support for internal or external audits.



3. Performance Indicators (KPIs)





  • Adherence to reporting deadlines.

  • Reliability of financial data.

  • Budget realization rate.

  • Improvement of margins.

  • Optimization of operational costs.

  • Quality of decision-making analyses.




Required profile :


5. Profile Sought
Master's degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Management Control, Audit, or equivalent.

5 to 7 years minimum experience in management control (ideally multi-entity or group experience).
Experience in a structured SME or growing group environment is a plus.
Proficiency in advanced Excel.
Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo or equivalent).
Financial analysis and budget modeling skills.
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
