Job :


1. Credit Risk Analysis and Assessment





  • Review and analyze client files to assess their solvency and default risk.

  • Develop risk analysis scenarios and models.

  • Propose credit decisions or limits in line with internal policies.



2. Risk Monitoring and Management





  • Implement indicators for monitoring risks and non-payments.

  • Monitor the evolution of credit portfolios and detect anomalies or alerts.

  • Participate in recovery actions and negotiations with clients.



3. Reporting and Compliance





  • Produce regular reports on credit risks for management.

  • Ensure practices comply with regulatory and internal requirements.

  • Contribute to updating risk management procedures.



4. Management and Coordination





  • Supervise and lead the credit risk team: organization, training, skills development.

  • Coordinate communication with other departments (sales, legal, recovery).

  • Foster a climate of vigilance, rigor, and professionalism.




Required profile :


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Banking, or equivalent. Further training in financial analysis, risk management, or credit is a plus.

  • Proven experience in credit risk management, financial analysis, and customer file assessment. Experience in team management or department coordination is an asset.



Knowledge





  • Financial analysis, credit risk management, and steering.

  • Applicable banking and financial regulatory framework.

  • Risk modeling, assessment, and reporting techniques.

  • Rigorously assess credit files.
