As a Test Lead, you will join AXA GBS MOROCCO in the Transformation and Technologies department, which uses Agile methods. As part of digital change, you will be in charge of making sure the applications we give to clients and employees are good quality. You will manage testing tasks in your area to create high-quality products that meet requirements and user needs. You will be in charge of the testing plan, creating and keeping it up to date for your area.

Strategy & Risk Management:

• Identify project risks and manage how to reduce them.


• Decide on testing priorities and what to test based on project importance.


• Set up testing methods, requirements, and rules for starting and finishing testing stages.


• Manage testing places, systems, and tools to make sure testing runs smoothly.

Test Planning & Execution:

• Organize and lead testing tasks, including creating and running tests.


• Check product quality and end testing stages, making sure any problems are fixed.


• Define testing conditions, steps, and check for chances to automate tests.


• Create and keep automated tests updated following the rules.


• Run manual and automated tests, look at the results, and find any differences.


• Write test reports, including test summaries, defect reports, and quality reports.


• Watch and analyze testing key performance indicators (KPIs) and software quality measurements.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement:

• Guide and help Test Engineers with their daily tasks and skill growth.


• Lead improvements in processes by helping a group within the Agile Team.


• Help make testing records and best practices better.

• Proven experience with Ray, Selenium, Web Services API testing


• Strong knowledge of Java, Git, and SOAP UI


• ISTQB certification is required


• Experience in testing company applications, especially in Agile settings


• Ability to define and run both manual and automated tests

Good to Have

• Knowledge of TCO Mainframe testing
