The LABELVIE CARREFOUR franchisee is recruiting HEADS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES DEPARTMENTS in CASABLANCA (CITY CENTER)


Reporting to the store manager, your role is to manage your F&V department by ensuring that your sales and profitability reach the established objectives.
Missions:


To do this, your areas of responsibility are:


• Ensure the 4 Ps at the Department level (Place. Price. Promotion. Presentation)
• Manage and develop your department based on set objectives (Sales. Margin. Stock..).
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Adhere to the store's commercial policy.
• Build a good image for the fresh produce department and retain customers.
• Organize the work of your team and ensure close management.

Profile sought:


With a high school diploma (BAC) or equivalent (BAC +2), you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in mass retail, during which you have developed the following skills:


- Ability to define margin and selling prices.
- Ability to define product assortments and layouts.
- Ability to manage orders and maintain the lowest possible stock levels.
- Ability to make suggestions to improve results.
- Ability to ensure a reasonable margin is achieved.
- Autonomy & reactivity, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and synthesis skills are the assets and key success factors for this position.
