Join our company, a leader in the Electronics sector, as a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER. This strategic position is based in Casablanca. You will lead all HR policies and strategies, actively contributing to the development and well-being of the teams that make our success.
Your main mission will be to build and deploy an HR strategy aligned with the company's objectives. This will involve optimizing talent management, fostering a positive social climate, and supporting organizational change to sustain the group's growth and innovation.
Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of key actions:
- Supervise the recruitment, selection, and integration of new employees.
- Develop and implement training and skills development programs.
- Manage compensation policy, social benefits, and relations with social partners.
- Support management in career and performance management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to social rules.
- Lead cross-functional HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a degree of Master's degree level (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in the field of Human Resources, Personnel, or Training.
With solid experience of 10 to 20 years in generalist or specialized HR roles, you have a deep understanding of human resource management issues, ideally in an industrial or technological context.
- Excellent command of various HR functions (recruitment, training, payroll, social relations, labor law).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to define and implement innovative HR strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering dialogue and negotiation.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools and HRIS.
- Adaptability and proactivity in the face of company environment changes.
