Job :
Reporting to the Head of Preliminary Project and Technical Coordination, you will be responsible for studying the feasibility of products and defining their cost price, based on the customer's specifications.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Analyze customer needs from the definition file.
- Study the technical feasibility of new products.
- Define manufacturing processes and the times associated with each operation.
- Identify needs for raw materials, qualifications, and production resources (machines, manufacturing tools, control tools, etc.).
- Evaluate Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs: industrialization costs, tooling, qualification costs, development, etc.
- Define the machining strategy (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis) and the number of setups required.
- Check the need for specific cutting tools and estimate consumption per part.
- Define the industrialization cycle

Required profile :
- You hold a Bac+2 degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production (DUT or equivalent).
- You have good knowledge of mechanical manufacturing.
- You ideally have 1 to 3 years of experience in a methods department.
- You are proficient in manufacturing processes and CATIA software (CAD).
- You are recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, and interpersonal abilities.
