As part of strengthening our teams, BTechnologie is recruiting an experienced or expert Mobile QoS Optimization Engineer to work on radio performance optimization projects.
Within the Radio Production team, you will be responsible for supporting Mobile QoS production pilots and continuously improving network performance, in a structured factory mode environment.
Main responsibilities
- Support and challenge Mobile QoS production teams
- In-depth analysis of radio incidents and degradations
- Monitoring of DCI-M zones before production launch
- Carrying out one-off optimizations or transverse projects
- Proposing technical improvements and automating processes
- Participation in lessons learned sessions and technical workshops
- Contribution to team upskilling
Required profile :
- Telecom engineer degree or equivalent
- Experience in radio / QoS optimization
- Experienced or expert level
- Experience in an operator environment appreciated
Required technical skills
- Telecom & Radio
- Good knowledge of mobile network infrastructure
- Radio QoS troubleshooting and optimization
- Mastery of 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G technologies
- Understanding of radio engineering rules
