Join our dynamic car dealership in Casablanca and become a key player in our success! As a Used Car Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand to our customers, contributing to customer satisfaction and the growth of our sales. Your main mission will be to achieve the set sales objectives, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the purchase process. You will need to build loyalty with existing customers while prospecting for new ones. This will involve a deep understanding of the automotive market, mastery of sales techniques, and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers. You will thus actively contribute to the growth of the dealership's turnover and the consolidation of its brand image. Monitoring customer satisfaction will be a primary element to ensure the quality of our services.
On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and advising customers: you will need to identify their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Presenting vehicles: you will need to highlight the features of the models offered and answer customer questions.
Negotiating prices and sales conditions: you will need to obtain customer agreement while respecting set margins.
Managing sales administration: you will need to process documents related to commercial transactions.
Customer follow-up: you will need to ensure after-sales follow-up and build loyalty with existing customers.
Active prospecting: you will need to develop your client portfolio by seeking new business opportunities.
Participating in team meetings: you will need to actively contribute to sales meetings to share your observations and suggestions.

Required profile :
To succeed in this role, a minimum of 4 years of higher education (Bac +4) is required, ideally with a specialization in Sales / Marketing / Customer Relations. Additional training in the automotive sector would be a considerable asset. In-depth knowledge of the sector is highly appreciated. This position requires a dynamic and motivated profile.
We are looking for someone with 1 to 5 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector. Successful customer relations experience is essential. Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques is an asset. Any significant experience demonstrating your ability to achieve commercial objectives will be a plus.
The position requires a person with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commercial mindset. Good command of the French language is imperative.
