Job :
- Ensure good management of the department,
- Achieve objectives, margins, stock levels, productivity, spoilage, and out-of-stock rates,
- Establish weekly schedules,
- Organize your team's work and ensure their support,
- Respect the group's commercial policy / foster customer loyalty,
- Control compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
- Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.
Required profile :
With a minimum of a 2-year degree in Hospitality, you have 3 years or more of experience, ideally as a Deli Department Manager, during which you have developed the following skills:
- Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques.
- Ability to make proposals to improve results,
- Reading of dashboards and monitoring indicators.
Autonomy & responsiveness, a sense of service and interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis skills are the assets and key success factors for this position.
