Job :
As an Area Manager, your main tasks consist of:
- Managing and leading a team of managers;
- Ensuring internal control while respecting current procedures;
- Providing regular reports to the company's management;
- Leading the stations;
- Monitoring the differences between planned objectives and achieved objectives and proposing corrective actions;
- Carrying out competitive intelligence and benchmarking;
- Looking for new partners;
- Establishing prospecting plans for new clients and visiting clients to ensure their loyalty and identify their needs.
Required profile :
- With a degree (Bac+4 or higher), you have 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the oil sector;
- Your strong sense of contact, analysis, and anticipation makes you a particularly effective salesperson;
- You have the ability to argue and convince;
- Punctuality, perseverance, and a desire to take on the challenge;
- Travel throughout Morocco is to be expected.
