Job Details

Job :

  • Ensure good management of the department,

  • Achieve objectives, margins, stocks, productivity, spoilage, and out-of-stock rates,

  • Establish weekly schedules,

  • Organize your team's work and ensure their support,

  • Respect the group's commercial policy / build customer loyalty,

  • Check compliance with hygiene and safety standards,

  • Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.


Required profile :

With a minimum of a 2-year degree in Hospitality, you have 3 or more years of experience, ideally as a Delicatessen Department Manager, during which you have developed the following skills:





  • Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques.

  • Ability to make proposals to improve results,

  • Reading dashboards and monitoring indicators.


Autonomy & responsiveness, a sense of service and interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis skills are the assets and key success factors for this position.
