Job :
Assigned to the store, your role is to supervise customer reception and information and ensure the management of the store's financial flows while optimizing customer checkout.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Assign, plan, and control the work of your team;
- Carry out monetary transactions between the safe and the cash registers;
- Count cash register funds;
- Train employees in job techniques;
- Ensure the follow-up of cancellation badges;
- Ensure the connectivity and proper functioning of the cash register equipment;
- Guarantee an optimal level of customer reception, information, and satisfaction.
Required profile :
- With a Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in Finance/Management or equivalent; You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in retail;
- You have mastered office tools and the IT system related to the job;
- Customer service orientation, self-control/stress and conflict management, & rigor/compliance with rules and procedures are the key success factors for this position.
