Job :
Assigned to the hypermarket, your role is to manage your department, ensuring that your sales revenue and profitability meet the established goals.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Ensure good department management,
- Achieve objectives for margins, stocks, productivity, losses, and out-of-stock rates,
- Establish weekly schedules,
- Organize your team's work and provide support,
- Adhere to the group's commercial policy / build customer loyalty,
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
- Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.

With a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Commerce/Management, you have 3 or more years of experience in MASS DISTRIBUTION where you have developed the following skills:
- Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques,
- Ability to make suggestions to improve results,
- Ability to read dashboards and monitoring indicators.
- Autonomy & reactivity, customer service and interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis skills are the assets and key success factors for this position.
