Job Details

Job :

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

  • Participate in the design and optimization of insurance process

  • Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions

  • Support testing phases and validate deliverables

  • Contribute to data analysis and reporting when required

  • Ensure consistency and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with both business and technical teams




Required profile :

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within the banking or insurance sector

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in the General insurance of Financial Services domain

  • Able to elicit comprehensive requirements and achieve consensus from stakeholders using a variety of analysis techniques, including workshop facilitation

  • Solid experience creating Epics and User Stories using Confluence and Jira

  • Good understanding of Use Cases, Value Streams, and Personas

  • Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN

  • Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels

  • An agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities

  • Able to work autonomously with minimal day to day direction and to support more junior members of the team in their work

  • English : Strong written and verbal communication skills
