Job :
• Plan, organize, and supervise internal and external events (parties, festivals, special events, etc.)
• Ensure complete coordination of event projects, from conception to completion
• Develop and promote innovative concepts, particularly around the surf academy and lifestyle activities
• Manage relationships with service providers, partners, and stakeholders
• Actively participate in the commercial development of events and the search for new opportunities
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards
Profile sought:
• Proven experience in event management, ideally in hospitality or tourism
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial acumen and service orientation
• Creativity, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of French and English (a third language is an asset)
