We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Real Estate Agent to actively contribute to our success. As a key member of our sales force, your main mission will be to develop and manage a client portfolio, offering real estate solutions tailored to their needs.
Your objectives will be to maximize sales, meet and exceed sales targets, build and maintain lasting trust relationships with demanding clients, and contribute to the expansion of our presence in the real estate market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and developing a client portfolio to identify new business opportunities.
- Personalized support for clients in their real estate projects, from the initial contact to the signing.
- Presenting and negotiating our real estate offers, highlighting their advantages.
- Rigorous follow-up of client files and management of administrative aspects related to transactions.
- Active monitoring of the local real estate market to identify trends and opportunities.
- Regular reporting on sales progress and key performance indicators.
Required profile :
Your ideal academic background includes a Bac +2 level (equivalent to a two-year associate degree), ideally complemented by a specialization in Sales or Commercial fields.
1 to 3 years of professional experience in a sales role, ideally in the real estate sector or a related field, is a major asset for this position.
