Job :
Reporting to the store's management, your role is to ensure the implementation of the HR strategy.
For this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Administration & social affairs
- Training
- Recruitment
- Reporting and activity KPI
Required profile :
With a Bac+4/5 degree in HR, you have proven experience of more than 2 years in which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to maintain legal watch regarding the labor code related to social affairs
- Ability to manage social relations
- Ability to draft professional documents
- Ability to facilitate the expression of expectations regarding training and/or recruitment (plan, description, announcements) and to analyze needs (training actions, required profiles)
- Ability to drive the performance (reporting) of the activity within its scope and monitor indicators
Customer service orientation, Self-control/Stress and conflict management, Analytical & synthesis skills, Initiative & Responsiveness, and Developing others/Team management are the assets and key success factors for this position.
