Job :
Reporting to the technical department, you will be responsible for:
Supervising and coordinating work on site (installation, commissioning, monitoring)
Ensuring the operational management of field teams and subcontractors
Guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, and HSE standards
Monitoring project progress and providing regular reports
Participating in site meetings with various stakeholders
Ensuring the optimization of resources (human, material, logistical)
Required profile :
Technical training in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or equivalent
Proven experience in site management, ideally in the fields of: public / industrial lighting, electrical works / infrastructure
Good command of field team management
Organized, leadership skills, and responsive
Available to work in the Ain Johra Tifelt industrial zone for a period of 6 months.
