Job Details

Job :

  • Gather and document business needs: specifications, functional specifications, user stories

  • Manage AMOA projects from start to finish: scoping, design, testing, deployment, and change management

  • Act as the link between business departments and IT teams

  • Coordinate functional testing campaigns and ensure they meet requirements

  • Track projects: schedule, risks, budget, reporting

  • Support users during training and go-live phases

  • Contribute to the digitalization of processes and the improvement of insurance processes



Required profile :

Education:





  • Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in IT, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent (Business School / University)

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AMOA/MOA, ideally in the insurance, banking, or finance sector

  • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder IT projects

  • Good knowledge of insurance business processes (claims, underwriting, contracts, compensation...) is a plus


Technical skills:





  • Proficiency in project management methods: Agile (Scrum/SAFe), V-model

  • Good knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project

  • Ability to write quality functional specifications

  • Basic knowledge of modeling: UML, BPMN


Soft skills:





  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Rigorous, autonomous, and results-oriented

  • Leadership and teamwork spirit

  • Languages: Fluent French required – Professional English appreciated
