Construction Sales – Finishing Work
We are recruiting for a major multinational in the construction sector for a Construction Sales - Finishing Work (M/F) role.
As part of strengthening its sales team, an international group specializing in waterproofing, insulation, acoustics, and passive fire protection solutions is looking for a Construction Sales - Finishing Work. Missions
• Develop sales of solutions to construction industry players
• Find and keep loyal professional customers: finishing work companies, applicators, developers, architects, design offices
• Provide technical guidance for products (waterproofing, insulation, membranes, acoustic systems…)
• Identify projects early and support clients from study to completion
• Negotiate sales offers and monitor markets
Required profile :
• Sales or technical training (Construction, civil engineering, materials)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction sales / finishing work
• Good knowledge of waterproofing and insulation solutions (desired)
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and independence
• Results-oriented and enjoys field work
• Dynamic and thorough
• Strong relational skills
• Initiative and responsiveness
