Litigation Lawyer (H/F)
We are recruiting for a highly renowned group in the market for a Litigation Lawyer.
As part of strengthening the legal department, we are recruiting a Litigation Lawyer responsible for managing all of the company's disputes and pre-litigation cases.
Reporting to the Legal Department, you will support the various operational departments to secure the company's interests.
Responsibilities
• Manage litigation cases (civil, commercial, social, etc.)
• Ensure the follow-up of judicial proceedings with lawyers and external advisors
• Prepare legal files and gather necessary documents
• Represent the company before administrations and courts if necessary
• Manage disputes with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Ensure legal and regulatory watch
• Propose amicable solutions and participate in negotiations
Required profile :
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Law (business law, private law, etc.)
• 3 to 8 years of experience in litigation (law firm or company)
• Good command of Moroccan law
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Negotiation and conflict management skills
• Rigor, reactivity, and confidentiality
