Job :
Main tasks:
• Develop and implement the sales development strategy
• Identify new opportunities (public tenders, clinics, hospitals...) • Develop and manage a client portfolio (university hospitals, private clinics, distributors)
• Manage public tenders and bids
• Negotiate contracts and strategic partnerships
• Manage and lead the sales team (delegates, field sales representatives)
• Monitor performance (turnover, margins, targets)
• Conduct competitive and technological monitoring
Required profile :
Profile sought
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, biomedical, engineering, or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the medical or pharmaceutical equipment sector
• Good knowledge of the healthcare market in Morocco
• Proficiency in public tenders
• Strong negotiation and sales development skills
• Leadership, autonomy, and results-oriented
