Job : We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Intern to participate in the development of AI solutions applied to call center activities. The goal is to test, build, and improve tools based on generative AI and automation.
-Your missions, should you choose to accept them, are as follows:
• Develop AI prototypes (chatbots, internal assistants, automation)
• Work on simple data pipelines (ingestion and processing)
• Integrate AI models via API into existing tools
• Improve solution performance (cost, latency, response quality)
• Implement simple monitoring and evaluation metrics
• Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs
• Document developments and participate in testing phases
Required profile : • Student in an engineering school or equivalent training in IT / AI / Data
• Good command of Python
• Interest in LLMs, RAG, or generative AI
• Basic knowledge of APIs or backend (FastAPI is a plus)
• Curiosity, autonomy, and a desire to learn
• Good technical English level
