Job :
Reporting to the IT Manager, your mission will be to ensure the installation and smooth operation of IT and telephone equipment (hardware and software) related to the workstation.
In this context, you are responsible for:
- Prepare and install workstations;
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of computers;
- Contribute to park management;
- Ensure technological watch on computers and software;
- Provide user support;
- Contribute to the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of the information system;
Your main activities will include:
- Initial installation of IT and telephone equipment (applications, utilities, etc.);
- Installation of updates for applications and utilities;
- Remote deployment of applications, antivirus according to a deployment plan;
- Detection and limitation of viruses;
- Remote handling of incidents on computers, networks, email, or telephony;
- Administration of email on the client side of the workstation (connection, operation);
- Assistance with the use of installed equipment and software;
- Report security incidents.
Required profile :
- Bac +2 level training in IT (DTS, DUT, ...)
- Proficiency in Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, ...)
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols
- Knowledge of helpdesk and remote assistance tools
