Manpower is recruiting for its client an Administrative Assistant – Risk Department in Casablanca.





Main tasks:





  • Ensure the administrative management of client and buyer files (opening, updating, archiving)

  • Collect, verify, and enter financial and administrative information into internal tools

  • Participate in the monitoring and processing of credit coverage requests

  • Prepare and format files for analysis by the Risk teams

  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on missing documents

  • Manage billing related to credit insurance contracts (issuance, tracking, coordination with accounting)

  • Produce simple reports and tracking tables (Excel)

  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, risk analysts, finance)



Required profile :

  • Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in management, finance, or equivalent

  • First experience in an administrative role, ideally in a financial or insurance environment

  • Good command of Excel and office tools

  • Rigor, organization, and attention to detail

  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
