Job :
Manpower is recruiting for its client an Administrative Assistant – Risk Department in Casablanca.
Main tasks:
- Ensure the administrative management of client and buyer files (opening, updating, archiving)
- Collect, verify, and enter financial and administrative information into internal tools
- Participate in the monitoring and processing of credit coverage requests
- Prepare and format files for analysis by the Risk teams
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on missing documents
- Manage billing related to credit insurance contracts (issuance, tracking, coordination with accounting)
- Produce simple reports and tracking tables (Excel)
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, risk analysts, finance)
Required profile :
- Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in management, finance, or equivalent
- First experience in an administrative role, ideally in a financial or insurance environment
- Good command of Excel and office tools
- Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
