Job :
Follow-up of candidates/students:
- Welcoming and supporting candidates during entrance exam days;
- Participation in follow-up campaigns to achieve objectives;
- Processing candidate requests (phone or email);
- Participation in UIR promotion activities;
- Welcoming, informing, and guiding candidates/students with their various requests;
- Ensuring candidate enrollment and following up on student re-enrollments;
- Physical and digital archiving of student files;
- Following up and updating student data and their files.
Collaboration with other entities:
- Coordinating with colleagues: Finance Department, Colleges, Housing Department, ...
- Preparing reporting files for the supervisory ministry.
Required profile :
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3) in Management Sciences or equivalent.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years of successful professional experience in a similar role.
Technical skills:
Proficiency in school administrative software, administrative management techniques, and regulatory reporting capabilities.
Qualities:
- Rigor, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and great availability.
- Ability to work during periods of high activity.
- Good listening skills and empathy.
