Job :

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will drive the organization's social performance by ensuring the monitoring, analysis, and validation of HR data, and by supporting strategic decision-making.





Main responsibilities:





  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze social data: workforce, payroll, absenteeism, turnover, working time, etc.

  • Develop and monitor payroll and workforce budgets

  • Design and manage social dashboards and HR indicators

  • Perform variance analyses and prospective studies (forecasts, simulations)

  • Produce social reports for management and stakeholders

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, procedures, and HRIS

  • Support HR teams and managers in steering their indicators




Required profile :


Education:





  • Master's degree (business school or university) in social control, human resources, finance, economics, or equivalent



Experience:





  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social control, HR, management control, or social data analysis

  • Experience in a structured environment with a large workforce is highly valued



Key skills





  • Proficiency in social indicators and payroll mechanisms

  • Good knowledge of HR management and basic knowledge of labor law

  • Excellent command of Excel and reporting tools

  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and data validation skills

  • Rigor, sense of confidentiality, and reliability

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
