Job :
Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will drive the organization's social performance by ensuring the monitoring, analysis, and validation of HR data, and by supporting strategic decision-making.
Main responsibilities:
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze social data: workforce, payroll, absenteeism, turnover, working time, etc.
- Develop and monitor payroll and workforce budgets
- Design and manage social dashboards and HR indicators
- Perform variance analyses and prospective studies (forecasts, simulations)
- Produce social reports for management and stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, procedures, and HRIS
- Support HR teams and managers in steering their indicators
Required profile :
Education:
- Master's degree (business school or university) in social control, human resources, finance, economics, or equivalent
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social control, HR, management control, or social data analysis
- Experience in a structured environment with a large workforce is highly valued
Key skills
- Proficiency in social indicators and payroll mechanisms
- Good knowledge of HR management and basic knowledge of labor law
- Excellent command of Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and data validation skills
- Rigor, sense of confidentiality, and reliability
