Reporting to the Urban Planning Department, your missions will be:

• Business development and management


• Contribute to the preparation of tenders,


• Design work as part of the projects entrusted to you


• Ensure the collection, organization, and synthesis of necessary data for projects


• Contribute to defining the conditions for carrying out the work by performing the requested design work, using appropriate techniques or software, according to the required quality, while respecting technical standards, deadlines, and costs


• Translate data expressed in any other format (client constraints, regulatory requirements, environmental constraints, drawings, etc.) into technical data (calculation notes, plans, financial estimates, etc.)


• Carry out design work for elements or sub-assemblies of the structure and/or the requested study, with the degree of precision and uncertainty required by the nature of the study (feasibility study, preliminary study, detailed study, etc.)


• Contribute to the implementation of project integration work by managing the production of technical deliverables (execution plans, launch plans, site plans, etc.) while optimizing solutions from technical and economic viewpoints


• Prepare notices and reports within the framework of the projects entrusted to you


• Upon request, contribute to the preparation of audit or expertise reports


• Site supervision


• Upon request and according to needs, carry out site visits to monitor the progress of the work and its conformity with the study recommendations


• Upon request and according to needs, ensure on-site conformity of the work with the established plans and alert management and/or the project manager to the progress and potential deviations


• Project management


• Contribute to project management on an administrative level (tracking milestones, monitoring contractual deadlines, preparing reports)


• Upon request, contribute to the administrative monitoring of contracts (monitoring contractual deadlines, time spent, billing follow-up, etc.)
