Job Mission:
- Lead the teams involved in VSE operations, especially VSE Client Managers, by supporting them in carrying out activities in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Arrawaj Foundation, and by providing the necessary training for their skill development.
Main Activities:
- Provide support to VSE Client Managers in their learning, focusing on intensive field follow-up during prospecting campaigns and client visits for loan analysis.
- Actively contribute to the development and management of the VSE Client Manager team's portfolio development plan, in close collaboration with the VSE Manager, to achieve the set objectives.
- Participate in the design of prospecting plans with VSE Client Managers and ensure rigorous monitoring of commercial actions, ensuring their proper execution and the achievement of expected results.
- Proactively coordinate with the Agency Managers (RGA) and Account Managers (CA) of the concerned agencies to optimize prospecting actions, field visits, credit committee organization, and disbursement processes.
- Provide operational support to VSE Client Managers in managing recoveries, in accordance with established procedures, especially during the startup phase.
- Act as the main link between the VSE Manager and the field, regularly relaying suggestions for improving products, processes, and procedures, based on field observations and feedback.
- Collaborate with VSE Analysts to identify recurring omissions and errors in files, and propose concrete solutions to improve the quality of analyses and processes.
- Regularly assess the skill level of team members to identify specific needs and propose targeted development actions adapted to each profile.
- Supervise the integration of new VSE hires, ensuring personalized support and facilitating their adoption of the methods and tools necessary for their success.
- Support Account Managers (CA) and Agency Managers (RGA) in strengthening their skills, particularly in analyzing and making decisions on VSE files.
- Proactively propose improvements to training systems, templates, and any other support or process related to VSE activity, taking into account field feedback and sector developments.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree, graduate of a university or business school.
- Minimum 3 years in field team management positions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling effective information sharing and smooth coordination with the team and clients.
- Motivating spirit and ability to inspire, support, and accompany team members in their development.
- Active listening to the needs of the team and clients, fostering a collaborative and responsive environment.
- Proactive desire to learn and ability to adapt to sector changes.
- Good understanding of formal and informal economic activities in various sectors in Morocco.
