Your mission: contact subscribers via outgoing calls, understand their situation, negotiate methodically, and obtain payment of amounts due — without aggression, but with firmness and clarity.
- You contact subscribers by phone (outgoing calls).
- You clearly explain the situation: amount owed, context, possible solutions.
- You identify the reasons for the delay and offer a suitable payment arrangement (immediate payment / commitment).
- You handle objections and difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- You ensure exchanges are tracked in the tools and follow your cases to completion.

- Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM (French time)
Salary
- Salary package over 6,500 Moroccan Dirhams net (uncapped bonus)
Required profile :
You don't need prior debt collection experience to succeed: what matters is your comfort on the phone, your ability to persuade, and your diligence in follow-up.
- Excellent spoken French: fluent, clear, credible communication.
- Firm and respectful demeanor: you can get commitment without conflict.
- Dynamic, sharp, and results-oriented: you see conversations through to the end.
- Comfortable with computers (data entry, tracking, management tools).
- Debt collection experience is a plus, but not required.
