Job :
Assigned to Carrefour Hypermarket and reporting to the Store Manager, your role is to define the conditions for applying the Group's commercial policy within the fresh products department.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
• Product range monitoring
• Commercial animation (promotional activities, marketing, etc.)
• Compliance with hygiene standards and current regulations
• Analysis and monitoring of budget trends (turnover, margins, consumables, etc.)
• Team management
Required profile :
With a Bac+4/5 education (equivalent to Master's degree), you have over 3 years of proven experience as a Fresh Products Manager, during which you have developed the following skills:
• Ability to manage the commercial promotion of the departments under your responsibility
• Ability to drive performance (reporting) of the activity within your scope and monitor indicators
• Ability to manage the human resources available to you
• Ability to conduct negotiations
Customer service orientation, Leadership, Initiative & Responsiveness, Interpersonal and communication skills, and Development of others/team management are the assets and key success factors for this position.
