We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR project participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support performance management processes, including the preparation of performance review cycles and follow-up activities


• Assist in analyzing performance data and preparing reports to identify trends and improvement areas


• Collaborate with the HRBP to develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance culture


• Contribute to the communication and rollout of performance-related programs and tools


• Help coordinate training sessions and workshops related to performance management


• Provide administrative support to HR projects and initiatives focused on performance and talent development


• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes

Final year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong interest in HR, specifically in performance management and employee development
Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
